Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.

Refunds are processed only for defective, damaged, or incorrect products.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Products must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 7 days of delivery.

Customized or personal-use products may not be eligible for refund.
